The location is great, with a convenience store nearby, but the food there felt like the only thing keeping us going. The chicken and rotten potatoes were awful, and there was even an electric hair dryer in the shower. The building seems so unstable that I joked it could fall down and kill the funeral director. If that doesn’t keep you awake, the bunk bed might collapse instead. And if all that makes you anxious, have a fag. It was VERY clear people had been smoking in the rooms.

Our room had a big balcony, air conditioning, a hair dryer, and a wet room bathroom, which I hadn’t come across before on our travels. There are several parking spaces, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The lake is opposite, an easy 100m walk for a swim. You can also catch a bus or walk down to the busiest area with shops, restaurants, and the castle. Breakfast had a good selection.

The food was awful. It was pasta every night with no other choice. The toilets smelled terrible even when unused, and the shower was tiny and annoying to use. There were loads of ants. Drop a chip and they crawl over so fast. Cleaning wasn’t very good either. Lift the bed cover and you might find stains, which is disappointing since they’re known for their „cleanness“. Don’t come here, it’s a waste of time and money. Hope this helps.

It’s a great family-run hotel, right across from a lovely pizzeria, and the supermarket is within walking distance. Breakfast was nice too. The blue bus across the road goes straight to the old town for just 1.50.
