We had a huge executive room with a lovely sea view and a nice balcony on the ocean side. The air conditioning was powerful and cold, which matters a lot for our comfort, and the breakfast had plenty of delicious choices. The staff were all really nice and accommodating. We also enjoyed the pretty shared spaces and lemon orchards. The bar and lounge were great for happy hour, though access may depend on the room reservation. The guest room walls are bare, with a minimalist look that felt oddly white. The hotel is in a good spot, about a 15-minute walk or a quick taxi ride. We loved staying here for a few days and appreciated the modern, spacious amenities.

Everyone was so warm and welcoming, especially with my baby Emiliano. That kindness made our stay at the Hilton Sorrento Palace feel special. The rooms were spotless, modern, and really spacious, and the place is clearly well looked after, which made things comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was fresh and good, but the choices felt limited and mostly the same each day. A bit more variety would improve the experience.

We got to our room early, and the welcome bottle of champagne was a lovely start. The views were stunning, the pool was great, and there was a good choice of restaurants and bars at the hotel. It’s a quick walk to Sorrento’s main shops and sights. The staff were friendly and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. I had a great stay at the Hilton Sorrento Palace and would recommend it to anyone visiting Sorrento.

The pool itself is gorgeous, and breakfast was good, but the rest of the stay felt very average for what we paid. I’m an awards advantage member and the website offered me an upgrade, yet nobody mentioned it when I checked in. There wasn’t any water on arrival, the rooms felt sterile, and the sheets always seemed damp. It was crowded and noisy at breakfast. By the pool, I didn’t have my phone to use the QR code for food or drinks. I went to the connected bar and was told to leave because I was wearing a swimsuit, then asked for a menu and was again told to use the code. The service around the pool wasn’t friendly or helpful. We left a day early. The hotel looks impressive, but nobody made the stay more comfortable, and it didn’t feel like Hilton quality.

The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the bar area and outdoor patio were lovely. Staff were very nice, and the concierge was helpful both in person and by email. We stayed before the outdoor pool opened for the season, though it looked amazing, and there’s an indoor pool as well. The location was great. Get a room with a view, you won’t regret it. We loved our stay and would definitely return.
