Residence Haus Peder

The Gutgsell family made us feel welcome right away. Our hostess was kind and helpful, checking in from time to time to see if everything was all right. The new apartments were clean and had everything we needed. There’s free parking, a ski room, and boot warmers. The location is handy for skiing too: Solda and Rosim lifts are right nearby, Kanzel is a few minutes’ ski away, and you can reach Langenstein by a free horse-drawn carriage, with the horses waiting near the Kanzel gondola.

We’ve come back for the fourth year because we love it here. The apartments are beautifully renovated and have everything you need. They stay warm even when it’s cold outside, thanks to the good insulation. The view is spectacular!!! It’s easy to get around without a car, and the cable cars and ski lifts are very close. Such a lovely place, with a warm welcome too.

Nadia, who runs the place, and Thomas were incredibly kind and professional. The property is spotless, tastefully and warmly furnished, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, and the hostess is superb. We come back to Residence Haus Peder every year, often with the family. The apartments are very clean and have all the equipment we need. You can get fresh rolls each day if you like. We especially love being able to sled or ski right outside the house.
