That terrace and the view were lovely, but they wouldn't bring me back. We spent four nights over Pentecost, five of us in the ground-floor apartment with terrace access. The place itself was okay, though some corners needed attention and parts seemed due for renovation. The nights were very cold. We asked the owner to switch on the heating, which he had said he would do, but it never came on. We ended up shivering under thin summer blankets. Fair enough, late May in Italy can be unexpectedly cold, but it was still uncomfortable. The real problem came after checkout. The landlord sent photos that day of rubbish and old glass bottles in the bedrooms and demanded another €50 for cleaning, despite the €90 final-cleaning fee we had already paid. We had left the apartment clean, and the photos looked staged to get more money from us. I can't believe this sort of thing happens at a holiday resort. I'm not sure that approach works well, especially after the pandemic, when I thought guests mattered. I wouldn't book here again.

The terrace has a lovely view, but there was no privacy: after a few days we found out it was the route from the upstairs apartment to their parking space. The flat also felt overpriced and the listing photos gave a misleading impression. Much of it is partly below ground, with concrete light wells for daylight in the bedroom and bathroom. Those shafts also carried bathroom sounds from upstairs, and the building's poor soundproofing meant we could hear just about everything above us. We stayed for a week in July. Support on site was very limited, and there was nobody reachable in an emergency. Overall, a disappointing stay.

The view was wonderful and the location beautiful. Iseolakerental's team was welcoming, very helpful, and well organized. They always seemed able to find a suitable solution. We were very satisfied and found them completely reliable. 😊

The place itself is nice and the accommodation was good, but the owner was awful to communicate with. He wouldn't answer questions about the house, so I can't recommend staying here.
