All the rooms seem to look out toward a peaceful orchard and the mountains, and there’s a really nice swimming pool too. The accommodation was great, with lovely staff and an amazing breakfast. They also served dinners, but I arrived late and didn’t get to try one. If they’re anything like breakfast, I’m sure they’re great.

If you’re tired of the usual sterile, soulless chain hotel experience, come here. The rooms are spacious and squeaky clean, the surrounding area is wonderful, and the breakfast is great. The service was out of this world.

The views from most, if not all, of the rooms are great. Everything was clean, and there’s a nice pool and other entertainment options. The people were nice, the service and food were good, and the rooms were really nice. I’d recommend this hotel.

Tucked among apple orchards, this is a lovely, quiet family-run B&B with a restaurant. The service is warm and attentive, and the pool is great. There aren’t any towns or shops nearby, so it’s a place to unwind with family or friends.

We came back to Hotel Greifenstein for a second stay, and once again it was a pleasure. We enjoy relaxing by the pool or on the terrace, and the atmosphere is laid back. The hosts, service, food, room, and location are all fantastic, with a wide choice of local wines too. It’s a great base for cycling, hiking, or visiting Meran/Merano and Bozen/Bolzano.
