The owners and staff were amazing, always friendly and ready to bring us whatever we asked for. The food was really good, and we had a great time. It was quiet, relaxing and comfortable, just what we needed to escape the daily routine and stress.

I just spent the day at the spa and had a brilliant time. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and all the facilities were super clean. The intimate infinity pool looks out over the Merano valley. There’s also a sauna and a Snow sauna, which was really nice after the sauna. The main building has more saunas, steam baths, a whirlpool and an indoor-outdoor swimming pool. Perfect for a rainy day.

The owners are such warm hosts, and the hospitality is amazing. The hotel itself is stunning, meticulously maintained, and every detail feels carefully considered.
