The only little drawback was the dogs barking a lot at night. Otherwise, we had a great stay: our apartment was cozy and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was plentiful. I'd stay here again.

Simonetta is genuinely kind, attentive, and helpful, and ready to accommodate your needs. The apartment was spacious, lovely, and had all the comforts we could need. The property is beautiful and immense, surrounded by the green Umbrian hills. A week isn't nearly enough to see Umbria and all its beauty, so we'll definitely come back and stay at Casale degli Ulivi again.

Simonetta was always friendly and available. During our 15 days, she spoiled us with local specialties and homemade breakfast cakes. Linen changes were available too. The place is peaceful and quiet, and suitable for children, with open space and a hot tub used as a pool.

The owner is extremely kind and welcoming. She made us a ring cake when we arrived, brought croissants in the morning, and had various breakfast items available. The farmhouse has a beautiful panoramic view and convenient parking inside the property. The exterior is rustic but very well maintained. In our apartment, the bedrooms and living area were spacious, though the room with four beds felt cramped. One single bed partly blocked the bathroom entrance, and the other single bed had only one bedside table at its foot, with no lamp.

The two-story apartment was spotless and well cared for, and even had a fireplace. Simonetta was always smiling and available, and the breakfasts were fantastic. She also provided pods for the coffee machine we could use. The location is great for days in nature and for visiting Todi, Bavagna, Montefalco, Massa Martana, and more. A truly wonderful experience.
