I didn’t stay, so I can’t comment on the accommodation itself. My problem was with the person replying in the chat. I asked about a room today and was told they weren’t serving breakfast at the moment. I thanked them and said I wasn’t interested without breakfast. Soon after, they sent me a link to “memorable comments” about places that advertise breakfast but serve junk or expired food. I couldn’t tell if it was a joke, so I tried to ease things with a thank-you and a joking question about whether their own breakfast followed the same rules. After that came ridicule and insults. I told the person they shouldn’t speak to potential guests that way and needed to learn some manners, but it didn’t help. They said they were offended by my lack of interest in a room without breakfast and by my reply to the link. This is the first negative review I’ve written, but I felt I had to say something. I’m a freelancer and know that working with people can be hard, but you can’t insult someone over chat because they said, “No breakfast, I’m not interested, thanks.” That’s the wrong profession for you. I just hope someone else manages the place and that this person was only a chat agent. Either way, they should be replaced so customers aren’t lost.

When my car broke down, I called in an emergency to ask if they had a room, and they answered straight away. They even checked whether we’d eaten and if everything was all right. The room was lovely, a bright attic with a nice balcony. It’s quiet and easy to reach by bus 19. Wi-Fi and TV are included. I was really glad to find this place, had a great stay, and highly recommend it ;)

The room and bathroom were both clean and tidy, with towels and soap provided. There’s air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a television, and a large terrace shared with the other room. The owners were kind and helpful. Recommended.
