It was peaceful here, a nice break from the city’s hustle and bustle, while still being close to the centre and Trieste’s most beautiful sights. We were in town for work and were welcomed with courtesy and kindness. We’ll be back soon.

You can get there by public transport, and there’s parking inside. It’s surrounded by greenery, quiet, and still near the city centre. The host was around and available, and it was good value for money.

I travel around Italy for work and called to book a room for a week because I had work appointments in Trieste. The owner was arrogant and rude, and hung up while I was speaking. I asked some people in Trieste about the place, and they said the rooms are dirty and neglected as well as describing the owner as arrogant. I’m sorry I didn’t book somewhere else from the start. Forget it, look elsewhere.

The price doesn’t match the service, especially since the bathroom is shared. And the place is hard to find.

A lovely property, very peaceful. We got a warm welcome, and the owner was kind, helpful, and very available.
