Inside, the room was good, though the other side of the building doesn’t have a nice view. There’s a park nearby, which was handy for letting our dog do her business 😂😂😂

Stayed for five nights from September 14. The place was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly. There’s a large supermarket and shops close by, and it’s ideal for walking into the city. Parking is inexpensive and has surveillance cameras. I really liked it, and my wife did too. We’ll use it again!

The owners were very kind and emailed us the room details and instructions for opening the gate right after we booked. The room was spacious, with a small kitchenette as well as the bathroom. But the location wasn’t great: there’s no good view, the road in is very narrow, and the parking area is up a very steep hill. It was cold outside, and the room had no heating apart from a small electric heater, so we were freezing in the morning. I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay in Trieste, though it’s fine for one night if you’re looking for a budget option.
