City Gallery Apartments

City Galleries Apartments is right in the city centre, so everything is easy to reach on foot. Our apartment felt comfortable and safe, and it was clean enough for either a short or longer stay. The hosts were polite and exceptionally kind, always available when we needed help, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. One thing that took away a little from the privacy was the back door opening onto an inner courtyard surrounded by other apartments. It didn't affect the stay too much, though. I'd recommend City Galleries Apartments to anyone after a cozy central place. Four out of five stars.

A fantastic choice. The apartments were super clean and cozy, and the owner was responsive. It's near the bus stop and surrounded by greenery. The place exceeded our expectations, I'd give it 11 out of 10.

The location was okay, but I definitely wouldn't stay here again. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, and we couldn't get the air conditioning to work despite trying for over an hour. The apartment management said it was working, but there were no instructions or information to help us sort it out. We were tired from travelling and it was already 12am, so their claim that they could have fixed it if we'd told them doesn't change much. We opened the windows and got a bad smell from adjoining apartments. Later, after I left a review on a booking site, management asked me to remove it, which I wasn't willing to do. They also threatened EU legal action by email, so I had to alter my review. Their intimidating actions are the main reason I wouldn't return.

We've come back here whether it's just my wife and me or the whole family. The apartments are clean and spacious, and the location is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. I can recommend City Gallery Apartments!
