Breakfast was a highlight, with a full continental spread that also catered for people who may be gluten intolerant. The hotel itself is well equipped, and the staff were kind, attentive, and available. It’s a quaint spot just a 3-minute walk from Trieste’s main train station and about 10 minutes on foot from the lovely Piazza Unità d'Italia. A pleasant stay I can recommend.

The staff were so caring, friendly, and helpful that I can’t say enough nice things about them. This is a beautiful little hotel on a quiet street, and both the room and bed were really comfortable.

The location is good, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. At breakfast, the server kept staring at me in a way that made me uneasy. Later, when my class and I came back late, staff said we’d been noisy and disturbed other guests. That wasn’t true, and those guests hadn’t complained.

The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety, and the rooms were comfortable. The staff were amazing, friendly, skilled, and there whenever we needed them. The location was convenient too.

I’m very disappointed with this place. The rooms were not clean at all, and the staff were incredibly unfriendly. The replies to different messages here on Google Maps are simply lies and false information. I can’t recommend it to anyone.
