The view was breathtaking, and the location was excellent, with restaurants, shops, and the beach all within walking distance. The room was super clean and smelled fresh, and breakfast was tasty and well prepared. The staff were very kind and helpful, although they don't speak English. There were lots of stairs, and only two ladies helped with our heavy luggage, which made me feel a bit shy. I also found it strange to be charged for a water bottle, since at every other hotel we stayed at, two bottles a day were complimentary. It was my first time in Italy and this city, but I still had a nice stay and would recommend it.

We loved our stay. The service was very friendly, and breakfast was great, much better than the pre-prepared breakfasts we've had at other B&Bs. Our room was comfortable and clean, with an amazing view.

The staff gave us helpful advice about local restaurants and even let us check in quite early. Breakfast was lovely, with a good range of sweet and savory options. Our room was compact but comfortable, new, well equipped, and immaculate. It's a cozy little B&B in a great location in Tropea. Just keep in mind it's on the third floor with no lift.

We spent four nights at the Island Tropea Vista Mare B&B and would happily choose it again if we return to Tropea. Its location in a beautiful, quiet part of Tropea made it easy to walk to both the town center and the beaches, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The room was small but very clean, well maintained, and comfortable, with everything we needed. We appreciated the thoughtful extras: a beach umbrella, a good quality hairdryer, a small minibar, and a coffee maker. Nothing was missing. Breakfast was basic but adequate, and we liked that it changed each day. The woman serving it made fresh coffee and was always helpful, smiling, and friendly. Service was excellent throughout. For what it offers in cleanliness, location, and service, the value for money was excellent.

Waking up to the sea and Tropea’s busiest square was a treat. The room had plenty of amenities, and the location made this a beautiful stay. Highly recommend it!
