The furniture looked like it should have been replaced five years ago. The room wasn’t insulated at all, and cold air came through the whole facade; I woke up with a headache. The room and beds also smelled of cigarette smoke. I’d booked and paid for two rooms, but when I arrived they insisted I only had one. They finally understood after a long discussion.

It’s a family-run hotel, and I stayed for one night. The continental breakfast was fine by me, and the location is superb, close to the city center and metro. I had a comfortable stay.

This is an Italian family-run hotel, definitely a three-star place. They only speak Italian, but it’s close to Massaua metro, so getting into Turin is easy. Breakfast was nice.
