The staff at reception and in the breakfast room were incredibly friendly, and I could walk easily to everything from the hotel's very central location. The airport bus also takes you practically straight there. I stayed for three nights, but the bedroom walls were extremely thin. I could hear the person next door snoring, and I had to ask to change rooms because outside seemed to be a gathering spot for Torino youngsters on weekend nights, from midnight until 3 a.m. Even earplugs didn't help much, so that's why I didn't give it five stars.

The location is really handy, with a tram stop, train station, airport bus, food, bars and a grocery store right nearby. But the room felt dated and wasn't very clean. The heating made it too warm, and even with it off the room was stuffy, so we had to open the window. Being so central also meant noise through the night, and we barely got any rest.

8/10
The room was a little cramped for a stay longer than one night, and there wasn't an extra blanket until I asked reception for one. Also, the external booking app showed breakfast as included, but when I arrived I was told it would cost extra. In general, though, I liked the place. It was very neat, proper, and perfectly located.

The location was good and the staff were kind. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, but the bedrooms were poorly decorated and I could hear the neighbors talking. Breakfast was low standard too.

The walls between rooms are so thin I could hear the notification sound from my neighbor's smartphone.
