Luca gave us such a warm welcome when we arrived. Our room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space and a large bed. The location made it really easy to reach all the Venice hotspots. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel if you want a relaxed, welcoming stay in Venice.

The host was friendly, helpful, and always available, and arranged water taxis to and from the hotel. It’s a very nice hotel in a central part of Venice. We didn’t have a view from our room, and there’s no elevator, but we still had a very enjoyable stay.

Ai Bareteri is right in the heart of the city, and the room was spotless and comfortable for a few days in Venice. The staff were attentive, very friendly, and genuinely helpful. They made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I’d gladly return and recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.

I was really happy with my two-night stay. The room had plenty of space, as did the bathroom, and everything looked clean. The employees were lovely and helpful. The hotel sits in a quiet street right in the middle of Venice, close to Rialto bridge, so sleeping well was easy. I really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it.

Once you reach the hotel, you feel welcome and realize you picked a great place. It’s right in the city center, with Rialto bridge and San Marco Square just two minutes away. Gondolas are a 30-second walk, and food, ice cream, and espressos are only 2-5 minutes away. Luca is a nice host, and the rooms are good. The shower is a little small but manageable. Walking from the train station or garage takes 20-30 minutes, with lots of bridges and crowds of tourists along the way. Still, the hotel’s location is perfect.
