We felt genuinely looked after throughout our stay. The hotel was lovely, and the staff were warm, professional, and attentive. Each morning at breakfast, Raffael greeted us with a smile and made things feel relaxed and special. At check-in, the staff noticed that my wife’s birthday was coming up in two days. They remembered and surprised us by sending a bottle of champagne to our room, courtesy of the hotel. It meant a lot and made the celebration more memorable. We felt spoiled by the care and kindness we received. We’ll definitely return, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined, unforgettable stay.

The room was clean and nice, and I really appreciated the small extras, like the umbrella in the wardrobe in case it rained. Gianmarco at the front desk was welcoming and helpful, and Raffaello brought breakfast and extra coffee each morning with such a sunny attitude. I picked the hotel mainly for its location, and the staff turned out to be lovely, helpful, and attentive too. We loved our stay.

We spent a week at Hotel Al Ponte dei Sospiri over Christmas and had a wonderful time. The location is hard to beat: right by the Bridge of Sighs and St Mark's Square, with most places in the city no more than a 20-minute walk away. The hotel arranged water taxis to and from the airport, which felt very luxurious. Raphael brought breakfast to our room each day with a smile and a laugh, and he was a real character. We’d strongly recommend it for a casual stay in Venice.

Everything at Hotel Al Ponte dei Sospiri was as we’d hoped, comfortable, charming, and in a great location. The breakfast was a happy surprise. Rafael served delicious food and brought such positive energy to the mornings with his warm, attentive service. We’d definitely recommend the hotel and look forward to coming back.

We’ve stayed at around 20 hotels in Venice, including some big names, and this is one I’d recommend without hesitation. We had room 150, with a view of the Bridge of Sighs, and the balcony was worth the splurge. The location is unbeatable, just a three-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square. The front desk staff were wonderful, and Raffaele brought breakfast to our room like a ray of sunshine. John Marco at reception helped us out so many times. Grazi to everyone who made the stay so memorable. Simply the best.
