The rooms were very clean and felt upmarket, and there’s a nearby ferry service. The room had good air conditioning, but there was a bad roof leak in the bathroom. Hosts weren’t always around, and the sign asking arrivals to call a number felt tacky. There should also be ironing facilities, and there was no tea or coffee in the room.

A good choice if you want to avoid the crowds while still getting around the rest of the city easily. The location is great, and the rooms are clean and modern, if a little small, which is typical of Venice. There are no staff on site, so you need to call when you arrive to get access, then use a door code to come and go.

The rooms are excellent, with air conditioning and a closet. There’s also a TV with Netflix access. You might not want to watch it, but it’s handy when it rains. Breakfast is free, though extremely simple. There’s no staff on site, but you don’t really need them. Some maps would be helpful so travelers don’t get lost.

Very clean, great location, and the staff were really nice. The attic room was cozy and lovely, but the bed was small.
