We’re glad we got to spend time here, and we’ll definitely come back. It’s atmospheric, beautifully designed, and the rooms have all the amenities. Such a great place to stay in Venice, with a great location. We recommend it to everyone :)

The apartment had plenty of room for four adults and a baby, and they had a baby bed available, which was great. The staff were really nice and helpful, and spoke English. Thanks for helping make our trip a success.

I had the same problem as Marion tribondeau!! I don’t even want to explain what happened, just look at my pics. Worst experience ever! Thanks, booking! I’ll never use you again!!!

A good apartment.

Zero stars wasn’t an option, so I’m giving it one. The toilets were in terrible shape and smelled of sewage, and the hot water was a disaster. The beds were basic, uncomfortable cots. Worst of all, sewage backed up and flooded the place during our stay. You can imagine the smell and what the place was like. After that happened, it took over 3 hours to reach anyone, and 10 hours in total for the problem to be fixed.
