B&B Al Pozzo di Luce

The quieter neighborhood made our stay feel relaxed, away from the busiest tourist areas. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and our host was very kind. Al Pozzo di Luce is just a two-minute walk from the water taxi, so getting there from the airport was easy. I’d highly recommend it.

The breakfast was fresh, filling, and had plenty to choose from. I also felt completely safe, and enjoyed seeing a part of Venice that wasn’t overrun with tourists. Alessandra, who owns the B&B, was incredibly welcoming and kind. There are charming cafes and restaurants nearby, while San Marco is a bit hectic by comparison. I stayed six nights on my own. My room was quiet, spotless, comfortable, and fully updated. The B&B is five minutes from the boat to the airport, which made arriving and leaving convenient. Like many buildings in Venice, it has no elevator. It’s a little gem at a good price, and I’d highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our three nights here. The breakfast was simple but plentiful, and Allesandra was a lovely hostess. Arrival details and directions were clear, and the B&B was easy to find in a quiet part of Venice. You can walk everywhere, and there are lots of excellent restaurants nearby. I especially recommend Osteria Alla Frasca and Da alvise for pizza. The place is bright, clean, modern, and has everything you could need. I’d happily recommend it and would come back. Alessandra was kind and helpful, with great recommendations. The room was well appointed, and there are lots of restaurants close by. It’s a handy base for getting around, with vaporetto connections to Murano, Burano, and Torcello nearby, plus an easy walk to Rialto and Saint Mark's. The airport vaporetto is also very close.
