The rooms were perfect and clean, and the breakfast table was set in such a lovely style. At check-in, they gave us a map and information about Venice, including good restaurants and places to visit. Claudia was so nice and gave us champagne for our 25th wedding anniversary. This B&B hotel is a pearl in the middle of Venice. Thank you so much, we’ll recommend you to all our friends. Compliments from Tom.

Everything was clean and well organized, and we had a wonderful stay. Special thanks to “Silvia and her friend” for the warm welcome and all their help. Highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely come back.

Silvia was warm and welcoming, and her local restaurant recommendations were spot-on. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, and breakfast was fresh and delicious. The location is fantastic, in one of the best parts of Venice. I travel a lot and have stayed in many places, but Casa Colleoni stands out. It feels like a hidden gem where you’re treated like family, and I’d absolutely recommend it for a great stay in Venice.

The location suited us, on a quieter side of Venice, and breakfast in the communal dining room was lovely. Our quad room had two single beds and one queen bed, and felt spacious by Venice standards. It was tastefully decorated too. Silvia was a fantastic host: responsive, friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. We had no trouble communicating when we needed to change our check-in time. There are steps from the ferry dock to the B&B, though following the attached map can help avoid some of them.

Casa Colleoni is in the heart of Venice, but far enough from the busiest tourist center to feel more authentic. It’s also ideally placed for getting there from Marco Polo airport. We came for a short city break with our three young girls and felt so welcome. The owner spoiled the children, and they’d say breakfast was their favorite part of our three-day trip. We’ll be back!
