It’s an old house with a story, but it has the modern basics, including a kitchen and shower, and it was quite clean. The host was friendly and polite, and gave us useful recommendations. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, and it’s not far from the station if you’re arriving by train. I’d recommend it.

The hosts kept helping us even after we’d left. When I had a car accident in the Dolomites, they helped us contact roadside assistance and checked in to make sure we were okay. Their kindness made us feel calm and safe. For our first family trip to Europe, that meant a lot. They made Italy feel less intimidating and the whole trip more enjoyable. During our stay, they were always responsive and supportive, recommending restaurants, giving directions, and even booking places for us. They were truly kind. The cozy place gave us a real sense of Venice and was convenient for four people. It’s about 500 meters from the train station and very close to one of Venice’s best restaurants. We could leave our luggage before check-in and for the whole day after check-out, which was a big help. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. Highly recommended!

The host made everything easy, from clear instructions to helpful Venice tips. We had a stressful trip from the airport, so finding a cold bottle of wine in the fridge was such a welcome surprise. They were helpful from the start. The apartment has character and is in a quiet spot close to what you need, with easy access from the bus and train stations. We were able to leave our luggage with the very helpful host before and after our stay, so we could explore the city. The accommodation was cute and traditional, in a great, quiet location. The host also had lots of good recommendations. I’d highly recommend it.
