David had to move us from the apartment we booked because of some problems, and the replacement across the street was fabulous. We really liked the neighbourhood, with San Marco only a short walk away, and David shared lots of good restaurant tips. He checked in during our stay to make sure we had what we needed. He felt like an old friend almost immediately. Next time we're in Venice, we'll look to stay in one of Davids apartments again.

The apartment is in a peaceful part of Venice with a nice local feel, around a 10-minute walk from San Marco and close to plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. Inside, it's roomy and airy, with two large bedrooms and bathrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and it was spotlessly clean. David was a great host. I really can't understand the bad reviews, and I couldn't recommend this place more.

Davide was very friendly and helpful when we rented Ca'Filcamo apartment in May 2017. The place was beautiful and spacious, with restaurants nearby and Piazza San Marco and other sights close by. I'd happily recommend it.

This owner discriminates against Asians. He made us leave in the middle of the night without a refund, and canceled my booking before I even had a chance to leave a bad review. I definitely won't return to this sinking city!

The two bedrooms are set up with good privacy between them, and the apartment is nicely decorated. It's just a few minutes on foot to the water and St Mark's square. Really nice place.
