We spent a week here and it went by so quickly. The small city garden and spacious layout made for a lovely, peaceful stay, and everything was tidy and really clean. Once the evening crowds head back to Venice, it gets so quiet that it feels like a little paradise.

Ca'Laura on Murano turned out to be a wonderful choice after our earlier stays in a Venice hotel and a private home. It’s away from the tourist crowds, with two excellent restaurants offering unbeatable value nearby. The vaporetto rides to the Serenissima are picturesque, too. The place was clean and comfortable for four adults and two “bambinos” aged 2 and 4. Murano was once “the lullaby of the first painters of Venice”...

A cozy, comfortable place for the price. Just keep in mind you can only get there by water.

At night, getting to the toilet is awkward because the terrace has no lighting. The second bedroom also felt less comfortable, with no shutters and a sink that doesn't really work as a sink.
