We loved waking up to gondolas passing right below our window. Staying in the spacious Marcello room, with its Venetian furnishings and canal view, also gave us beautiful sunset photos and an unforgettable experience. The location made it easy to reach Venice's main sights. Davide's warm welcome and helpfulness made us feel at home.

The B&B is ideally placed for getting around, and the view lets you feel immersed in Venice. Davide greeted us with real kindness and was happy to help us plan our tour of the city.

There was no fan on a hot day, and they only provided one towel for our three-night stay. I asked for more, but they wouldn't give me any. The worst.

The location was excellent and we had a good time, but there were lots of mosquitoes. There was no fan either, among other issues.
