A spacious place with a huge kitchen and two bathrooms, one small and one large. The antique decor made it feel like living in a more romantic era. It's only a five-minute walk to Saint Mark square. Such a beautiful stay, I'd highly recommend it.

The care Fabiano and Vanessa put into hosting really stood out. Their welcome felt sincere, and they paid attention to every detail. Casa Valier is an authentic Venetian casa, with Murano glass ceiling lamps and artistic tapestries, and everything was neat and just right. We found this peaceful, beautiful home a few steps from piazza San Marco, a real escape from the crowds filling Venice over the long weekend of 1 May. It even felt like stepping back to the days of doges and Casanova. Bravi!

It felt like staying in a museum, tucked away on a quiet Venice alley. Rialto bridge and Piazza San Marco are still within a five-minute walk. Probably the best place I've ever stayed, and Casa Valier would be my first choice if I come back to Venice.

The Venetian-style interior was very nice, but the owner was disorganized and had overbooked. Even though we'd paid for all three nights, we were made to leave after just two, and I never got a refund.
