City Apartments - Albrizzi

The apartment was spacious and well located, otherwise I’d have given it one star. There was no heating, the air conditioning remotes were missing, and the TV remotes had dead batteries. A major radiator leak was clearly visible in the hallway, but it made the boiler shut down and left us with a cold shower. When I reported it, they told me to call a plumber, no comment. The Wi-Fi seemed fake: there was a paper with the name and password, but our devices couldn’t detect it. Then they contacted me to demand the tourist tax, which I had properly left on the living room table. They apologized after my pompous complaints.
