Hotel Corte di Gabriela

Breakfast was a real highlight, with lovely flavors and presentation, served by the owner, who is also the master chef. We enjoyed it outside on the patio with excellent Italian coffee. The welcome was warm from the start, and the care with all the little details really set the tone. Our characterful, quaint room kept the charm of the old building while still being comfortable and quiet. The boutique hotel is easy to find near St. Mark’s Square, but tucked away enough to feel like a private retreat. It has a lovely balance of style, comfort, and personal service. We appreciated the intimate, luxurious feel and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

The people are what make Corte di Gabriela stand out. Everyone was friendly, professional, attentive to detail, and quick to respond to what we needed, with a very personal style of service. The hotel is in San Angelo, in a prime spot but just off the busy routes, so it was quiet. Our room was well appointed, and we had a wonderful three-night stay in October. I highly recommend Corte di Gabriela for a future visit to Venice.

Breakfast was a highlight, more like a good restaurant meal than a standard hotel buffet. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to make sure we had what we wanted. We were welcomed so warmly on arrival, and even got a deluxe-room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The location is only a few minutes' walk from the city center, yet tucked away and peaceful. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere good in the area.

The people made this stay feel warm and familiar, almost like being at home. Every team member, including the owner, was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, and they easily accommodated our dietary needs. The room was spacious, with a big bathroom and comfortable bed, and had everything from a hairdryer and coffee machine to eco-friendly toiletries and slippers. I especially appreciated the gel for tired legs. Everything was spotless except for the small rug by the bed. Corte di Gabriela is a beautiful boutique hotel in a very central part of Venice, just minutes from St. Mark’s Square. Thank you for a lovely stay!
