It's a fascinating, maze-like city, and walking around Venice kept bringing us to new streets and squares. We'd find our way home through a different tangle of alleys and bridges each time, so keep a map handy and wear comfortable shoes. The apartment is comfortable and compact, good for two, in a very quiet area that's still close enough to the main sights. Recommended.

We had a very friendly welcome and got great tips for sights and restaurants. The renovated loft is in an old building, in a quiet spot, and has a private terrace. The Rialto Bridge and Doge's Palace are about a 10-minute walk away. The photos really do match the apartment, despite some other reviews. Perfect place, a real gem for a Venice stay!

Even in November, the temperature stayed comfortable with the Daikin heating, and the bed was very comfortable too. The apartment has everything you need. It’s a lovely modern place set inside an old 16th-century house, with a quiet courtyard.
