The listing says air conditioning is available, but on hot days you literally cook in this apartment. It only has portable AC, and that's insufficient. There's no AC in the kitchen, so cooking is really uncomfortable. The whole apartment is dated and unkempt. I wouldn't recommend it unless they improve it a lot.
