Angela made us feel right at home. She was so kind and suggested lots of lovely, unusual places to visit, which made us enjoy the city even more. We stayed in the apartment for three nights and found it beautiful, quiet and full of character. It's close to the train and bus stations, so getting there is easy. We'll definitely come back!

We've stayed here twice and can't wait to come back. The apartment is beautiful and spotless, in a charming part of Venezia that feels relatively free of tourists. Highly recommend, A++. Stupendo!

Angela was lovely and attentive to all the details, helped us with everything and provided a full breakfast. The apartment was a wonderful surprise, with a modern, high standard and nice design. It's a lovely place for a couple or family. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped, with what you'd need to cook, relax or explore the city, including a jacuzzi bath, films and an xbox. I really recommend it.

Angela seems to have thought of everything in the apartment. The kitchen has everything you'd want, and the bed is very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the amazing spa bath. The place is very nice, in a quiet area yet close to everything in Venezia. It was a perfect stay for us.

The flat was better than we expected, in a very calm part of Venice, and we can definitely recommend staying there. Angela was welcoming and made things easy on both ends of the trip. Before we arrived, I told her our train would reach Venice early, and she sent precise directions and said to call her, even though it was hours before the normal check-in time. When we were leaving, she told us she wasn't expecting other guests that day, so we could enjoy our last day and leave our luggage at the flat.
