The bathroom was a highlight, with a fantastic shower and an unusual layout. We also slept comfortably thanks to the good air conditioning. We were here for our honeymoon and had an amazing stay. The room felt luxurious but was still practical and comfortable, and all the staff were lovely.

Coming back to the comfortable, nicely styled room after exploring Venice was a treat. XS Boutique is a charming place right on a lovely canal, and the staff were especially friendly and helpful. It exceeded what we expected, and we hope to be back soon.

The garden is gorgeous, and the location is ideal: a quiet neighborhood with attractions and shops an easy walk away. Our room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were kind and helpful too.

8/10
The garden is lovely, the rooms are well equipped, and the staff were polite and helpful. We liked being a little away from the busy center while still having an easy walk there. The disappointing part was the advertised “free” boat trip to Murano island. It went straight to an overpriced factory, where there was a quick visit and a hard sell. We had no chance to see the island or anywhere else. We should have guessed, but we were still disappointed that nobody explained what the trip actually involved.

We stayed in a Junior Suite, a large, beautifully decorated room that my wife and I really enjoyed. The hotel is in a quieter, local-feeling corner of Venice, away from the big tourist crowds, and has a lovely, spacious garden. Everyone on staff was super friendly and helpful. A full five-star stay.
