The view south was wonderful, and we could watch the ships coming and going. The apartment was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, with new beds that were more comfortable than hotel beds. It's close to everything without being overrun by tourists. The owners were very helpful, gave us restaurant tips, and helped with our luggage. We'd definitely stay here again if we return to Venice.

This is a private place, and they charged extra for arriving after 6pm, with an even higher charge after 8pm.

The apartment was spotless and well equipped, with a remarkable view even from the bedroom. Its location feels central without being chaotic, and the vaporetto dock is just a minute away. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The lagoon view is priceless, and the shopping street nearby, with its bars and cafes, is fantastic. The apartment was very clean and had a solid standard of furnishings. Our hostess was lovely, and it's a great base for exploring Venice.
