We arrived early in the morning, and the staff welcomed us with coffee and offered a place to leave our luggage while the room was being prepared. Everyone was warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delightful, with everything we needed. Our room was huge, clean, and looked out over the canal, with a very comfortable bed. If you’re coming in the warmer months, bring something to keep mosquitoes away. The hotel is in a quiet area, yet close to the vaporetto stop and Rialto Bridge. The location is 10/10. I loved our stay and would come back, and recommend it to anyone wanting to experience true Venice 🤗

The breakfast was very good, though the breakfast room is quite small. We stayed for two nights in a beautifully decorated, very clean room in the new building. The hotel is in a quiet part of Venice, a three-minute walk from the Stae vaporetto stop and four stops from Piazzale Roma. We’d definitely like to stay again.

The location made it easy to see the sights while still giving us a quiet place to relax. San Stae stop is just a few steps away, and you can catch the boat to and from VCE airport there. Piazza San Marco is about a 20-minute walk. Our room was spotless and neat, the bathroom was perfectly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great, with lots of fresh choices and pretty much anything you might want. The people working at the hotel were super friendly, explained everything, and helped with whatever we needed. I really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel itself is lovely, and breakfast was fab. Donatello at reception was especially helpful, as were the rest of the staff. It's in a peaceful spot, about a 10-minute walk from St Marks Basilica, and the Alilaguna, Vaporetto, water taxi and boat stop is less than a minute away. Definitely recommend.

We spent two nights here during Venice Carnival, and the location made it easy to walk to different parts of the island. The price was reasonable for that period, and breakfast was nice. Our room had its own external bathroom just three steps away, used exclusively by us, which worked really well.
