Hotel La Pergola di Venezia

The location made it easy to get around, with Lido station nearby and the lovely Lido beach close enough for a break from all the walking. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of amenities. Eduardo and the team were so accommodating and friendly. A real gem for visiting Venice and the nearby islands. I can’t recommend it enough ☺️

The beach and ferry terminal are both just a 5-10 minute walk away, which made getting around Lido easy. The hotel has a lovely courtyard with palms and a pergola, a nice place to relax. Our room was spacious and modern, and the bathroom was very well kept. Although Edoardo doesn’t serve breakfast, there’s good coffee and soft drinks, plus a fridge, dishes, and a toaster. You can rent bikes too. It’s a small hotel that’s been completely renovated, and a real insider tip for an easy stay on Lido.

We stayed six nights at Hotel La Pergola di Venezia in Lido di Venezia and would gladly recommend it. The hotel is well placed for the beach, Vaporetto stop, and shops, and it also worked well for us with small children. Our room and bathroom were spacious and spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff made us feel welcome from the start. We also appreciated the mosquito net, air conditioning, and the availability of accessible rooms.

For around €70 a night, it's hard to find something better in Venice unless you're willing to stay in a hostel. The rooms are a decent size and have good amenities. We had a balcony looking out over some great old Venetian buildings, and the owner was super friendly. It’s in a quiet area, just a few minutes on foot from Lido’s main shops and food options. I’d recommend it and would stay here again. You get what you pay for, and this is a good cheap option.
