The room smelled strongly and unpleasantly, and with the air conditioning out it was hot and stuffy. When we asked staff for help, they were dismissive and unhelpful rather than trying to fix the problem or accommodate us. They refused a refund or any compensation despite the room conditions and broken AC. We paid expecting comfort and got the opposite. This was one of our worst hotel stays, and I wouldn't recommend it or stay here again.

Our reservation was canceled two days before the trip, with no solution or alternative offered. We'd booked our flights and hotel long ago, and were simply told the hotel was overbooked. There was no guarantee we'd actually get a room even if we checked in. Unprofessional and unreliable.

We arrived to find we had no room because our card had been declined, but nobody had told us about the declined card. Most hotels we stayed at on this trip didn't charge until arrival. There was no one at the front desk to help, and the man who answered the phone was rude to my wife and unapologetic. Our room also had no refrigerator, broken AC and broken blinds. Customer service was zero. There are much better places to stay, so look elsewhere.

The rooms were spacious and in impeccable condition, and the location was top notch. Great value for money. The lady was so helpful and lent us umbrellas when it rained. Highly recommended.
