Really nice place to stay, just be ready to climb three flights of stairs.

We booked through Booking.com for New Year's Eve through the 3rd, but were told to collect the key from a locker almost 1 km from the apartment. I don't understand why, since there were other options. When we got there, the key wasn't in the locker. The contact person didn't respond for two hours, and by 12:30 on New Year's Eve, the five of us still had no idea where we'd sleep. Once we finally got through, they offered no solution, so we had to find and book another hotel ourselves. The service was appalling and irresponsible. The apartment itself wasn't anything special, either. It was a complete disaster, and the way we were treated was incredibly irresponsible. We thought it was a scam!
