A basic hostel, but the hosts were friendly and gave us good tips. The location is nice and everything was very clean. There are a few limitations: the fixtures are quite high, and there's no running water or kitchenette, so no dishes, spoons or cups.

Close to the train and public transit, so getting to Venice was easy. The boutique hotel was lovely, with spotless rooms and comfortable beds. The staff and manager went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. Highly recommend!

The owner was kind and helpful, and we found the room clean and comfortable. I booked the only room available, with bunk beds and a double bed, and there was plenty of space for my daughter and me. It could use more surfaces, though. A shelf or a desk and chair would have been useful. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel, with a shared area, tables, chairs, and a big refrigerator with shelves for guests. For a euro, the coffee machine made a pretty good mochaccino. A grocery store a few blocks away had drinks and snacks for the fridge, and there's a good coin laundry up the street. The neighborhood was diverse and reminded us more of San Francisco than Italy. We found great Chinese food around the block. The bus stop was closer, though the train also gets you to the island. We were there on weekdays, so we didn't have to pay the island entry fee.

Basic, but it's good value and right by the train station and bus terminal. The owner was friendly and helpful, with great communication. The bed could probably have been a bit more comfortable.

The room and bathroom were very clean, and the AC worked great. For the price, the accommodation was very nice. It's a few minutes' walk from the train station, though the area isn't touristy. The host's messages weren't very clear, and he seemed a little rude, though it's hard to know if that's a language or cultural difference. Clearer instructions by email for check-in, checkout, taxis, and getting out of the building would help avoid communication problems.
