Hotel Palazzo Keller

I left feeling relaxed and happy, and I’m already planning to come back. The room was beautiful, spotless, and so comfortable. Staff were warm and attentive, and really went above and beyond. Everything felt thoughtful and luxurious. An amazing stay from start to finish. Highly recommend!

What a great balance of classic Venetian character and modern comfort. The hotel felt authentically Italian while still sleek, and the bar was beautifully designed, warm, and incredibly cozy. The breakfast room was stunning and grand. I joked they could clear the tables and film a Bridgerton ballroom scene there. Breakfast was included, with American and European options and delicious pastries. It was the best included breakfast of our whole trip. The location was near everything and just one block away from the busy areas, so the hotel and its courtyard by the entrance felt calm. I’d wondered whether we needed direct water taxi access, but the three-minute walk, even with a few stairs and our luggage, was doable. Three days before we arrived, the hotel emailed to ask if we needed help getting from the bus depot. I’d planned to wing it, so having a water taxi waiting when we arrived at the end of our three-week journey was very welcome. Every interaction with the staff at the front desk, in the bar, and at breakfast was lovely. My sincere thanks to the whole team for making our stay perfect. I can’t recommend the Palazzo Keller enough. Five stars just isn’t enough. Thank you!

We stayed at Palazzo Keller last year, and it was a dream. The room was small but cozy and romantic. The front desk hosts gave us wonderful food recommendations. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a lovely patio, and the bar and breakfast areas are stunning.

We had a lovely two-night visit at this charming, exceptionally quiet little hotel. It has a peaceful setting and a strong sense of history, with impressive architectural details. The original owner’s story goes back to the 1400s, and there’s more about it in the Livy and in your room. The staff were very friendly and attentive, from the welcoming front desk to the excellent bartender. There’s a great selection of books on interesting topics, and some photos too. Breakfast is included, with a large selection, and was great. There’s also a charming garden and outdoor space where you can relax over a drink at night. It’s conveniently located near the weather cab. A fantastic choice for a peaceful, memorable stay.
