Hotel Palazzo Priuli

The location made it easy to walk around Venice, and the hotel arranged a complimentary trip to Murano Island that included a glass factory visit. We loved the small, cozy nook overlooking the canal, a tucked-away place to sit and take it all in. Having breakfast at the hotel was convenient and gave us energy for days of exploring, boat rides, and island tours. Our canal-view room was worth the extra cost. Opening the windows straight onto the water was one of the most magical parts of the stay. The preserved interiors and authentic art gave the place the feel of a historic palace, with modern comforts too. The robes and other thoughtful touches made us feel well cared for. The concierge and staff were fantastic. They had our outfits pressed in time for a sunrise photo shoot in Piazza San Marco, arranged an ironing board at short notice, and took care of all the details. Hotel Palazzo Priuli was a highlight of our trip. We’ll absolutely return. Stunning! 🫶🏻

The staff made our time in Venice easy and memorable, helping us arrange both a private water taxi boat tour and a trip to Murano. The hotel is beautiful, with elegant Venetian details, and well placed for exploring the city. For our honeymoon, they kindly upgraded our room and left a complimentary bottle of champagne. Breakfast was included every morning, abundant and delicious, with lots of choice before heading out. Service was unmatched: the room was tended several times a day, and turndown included preparing the bed and drawing the curtains. It felt like a five-star stay, and we highly recommend Hotel Palazzo Priuli to anyone looking for elegance and great service in Venice.

The rooms deserve a 6 if I could give one. Everything felt perfect, and the upgrades made the stay feel like being in a real palace. Breakfast was served in an elegant, historic dining room. The towels stayed warm in a heating element around the clock, and the bellman was attentive and kind. There were snacks and Prosecco every day from 1-5pm, and the location was safe and beautiful. If you visit the main palace, notice the hotel stairs. They were made by the same sculptor who designed the Stairs of the Giants. Enjoy!

It was an amazing stay. The staff handled every request efficiently and were very helpful. We came with our nine-month-old daughter, and she loved it. It felt more like home than a hotel.
