The owner is great for insider tips and suggestions for nice walks and tours. Staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is good. It’s also clean and fairly priced. Definitely a place I’d stay in Venice.

A comfortable place with a modern style and a garden to enjoy. Markusplatz is within walking distance, the people were very friendly, and communication over WhatsApp was perfect.

I had a fantastic two-night stay. It’s centrally located but still really quiet and comfortable, with a friendly atmosphere. If I return to Venice, I’ll stay here again.

I’m very disappointed that I never got back my 200 euros deposit. I reminded the owner several times, and the owner confirmed everything was okay on my side, but I still haven’t received the refund. I’ve never come across such a dishonest owner before.

Really bad experience, and the owner is unreasonable. I wouldn’t suggest staying here, especially if you’re Chinese.
