The location made our Venice stay fantastic, and we really enjoyed breakfast too. The separate building was wonderfully quiet, though at times it felt like we got a bit less attention. A couple of things kept it from five stars: there was no coffee or water in the room, and the room still smelled as if previous guests had smoked. I'd stay here again, and if the budget allowed, I'd choose a room facing the canal. :)

The staff were great, and the included breakfast was really good. It's a clean, charming place, close to St. Marks and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants.

The Venetian-style residence was comfortable and in a great location. We had a wonderful trip. There's a very good restaurant right downstairs, and breakfast is served at the hotel 200 meters away, up on the third floor, with a lovely view of the Grand Canal. Highly recommended.

We could leave our bags at the hotel before the room was ready and after checkout, which was very convenient. Check-in and checkout are handled at the hotel by the vaporetto stop, and it's about a three-minute walk from the five-room apartment to breakfast. The buffet is in the hotel right on the Grand Canal. The apartment itself was charming and perfectly clean. Neither building has an elevator, but a hotel employee helped with our luggage and showed us to the room.

Breakfast at the main hotel was EXCELLENT!!! We were pleasantly surprised by how good a choice this was. The reception is around the corner, but getting there is easy.
