Service and everything else was fine, with free coffee, free cleaning service, and free baggage storing. Still, for almost 400€ for 2 nights, I expected more. It felt a little bit like a fakeish luxury hotel, so I wasn't that happy.

The room was very clean, breakfast each day was amazing, and being able to eat while looking out over the canal was a nice bonus. Alessia was a terrific, helpful host whenever we had a request. The location was ideal, just a 2 minute walk from the San Zaccaria vaparetto stop. We'd definitely stay again.

The hotel is a little dated, as many places in Venice are unless you’re ready to spend a lot. Still, it’s close to restaurants and shops, and you can walk to Rialto Bridge in about 10 minutes or Saint Marks Square in 15. The staff were friendly and accommodating. My one gripe was the old, lumpy pillows, which made sleeping less comfortable. I’d recommend it.

Breakfast was a real highlight, thanks to the restaurant team for such a tasty start to the day. The room felt authentic and cozy, was spotless, and had a comfortable bed, good bath products, and fluffy towels. The location is easy for walking to the attractions, yet the area stays quiet. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the employees were helpful and courteous. Thanks to Simon, Katja, and Neda. The WiFi was very good, and I thought it was great value for the price. Highly recommended.

I used Venice as a base for a visit to Bologna this time, and was glad to return to this hotel after staying here a couple of years ago. Alessandra, the hotel manager, welcomed me back with suggestions for shopping and things to see. The staff are pleasant and friendly, and you can walk everywhere from this central spot. It’s also a short walk from the central train station or coach station. I really love Venice, and would happily stay here again.
