We stayed in October for a mother and daughter trip, and I’m only writing this now because I still feel so nostalgic about our time in Venice. Suite 735 was our beautiful home base, and we miss it. We loved the room at the front, with windows opening over the canal. The location in Dorsoduro was just right, away from the concentrated crowds but surrounded by charming shops and restaurants, with easy access on foot or by water. Suite 735 is a small collection of boutique hotel rooms in a secure private hall, with a lovely central reception and breakfast room. Carlotta and Erminia were wonderful hosts, always ready to help with directions and itineraries. And the breakfasts! I still think those were the best eggs I’ve ever had.

For my first visit to Venice, Suite 735 was a great choice. The four rooms are comfortable, well designed and feel like a home from home. It’s a stone’s throw from Accademia in Dorsoduro, and the team were genuinely friendly and welcoming. I got a great breakfast too. A luxurious stay at an affordable price, and the team looked after me so well. Thank you all.

The breakfast was a dream, served right at our table, and the rooms were stylish, very nice and homely. Since there are only about five rooms, it has a personal feel. The reception was friendlier than at most five-star hotels. The place is beautiful and very central, tucked beside a quiet canal. We were completely happy and will definitely return.

Carlotta was so welcoming and hospitable, and shared lots of helpful tips. When we unfortunately had to head home, she helped us plan the whole trip to the airport, with several options. The breakfast at Suite 735 was the most memorable part of the entire trip for my parents, haha! They loved the fresh food and personal touches. The rooms were very clean and thoughtfully designed, and the hotel is in a great spot beside a quiet sidewalk and canal. I’d recommend it.

The location was fantastic, and the rooms were beautiful, comfortable, spacious, clean and quiet. We stayed for two nights and had a delicious, huge breakfast each morning. The service was top notch and everyone was so friendly. With so many places to stay in Venice, this one is a great choice. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
