The street is quiet, and it feels fine to walk around the area at night. The hotel is also just a short walk from the bus station for the island. Inside, the rooms are beautiful and modern, with the feel of a high-class hotel. The staff were friendly and professional, and when I recommended it to my Mom and her Boyfriend, they stayed here too. I'll keep coming back whenever I'm in Venice. I was nearly critical of breakfast, then remembered my years working in gastronomy and the amazing South African buffets I've tried. That wasn't a fair comparison. Breakfast was good, not bad. This hotel is the perfect story for me. Stay here, you won't regret it.

The breakfast was lovely, and the location worked really well, within walking distance of the station and even closer to the bus stop for Venice. The staff were great, especially Giorgia, who was helpful, professional and exceptional. I'd definitely come back.

A private car park in the backyard costs €18 per night, which was handy for us traveling by car. The bus stop for Venice is five minutes away on foot, and the train station is about a ten-minute walk. The hotel itself is peaceful and lovely, with quiet, very clean rooms that are well looked after. Good comfort and value all around.

The bus stop is extremely close, and a round trip to Venice costs only 3 euros, so we didn't have to deal with car parking. The host also gave us useful tips about places nearby and how to get to Venice. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I'd stay again if I'm back in the area. Highly recommend Hotel Villa Costana.

There was a nice range of food at breakfast, and the personnel were genuinely helpful and nice. I also appreciated having a quiet place to work, with a comfortable lounge area and tables. The room was spacious for a 3* hotel, and the bathroom was large and comfortable, with everything needed. They even left some welcome drinks for free. It was a pleasure to stay here.
