The apartment is in Venice's Cannaregio district, 500 m from Ca' d'Oro and an eight-minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and free WiFi. Basilica San Marco is 900 m away, and San Michele is 700 m from the apartment. Venice Marco Polo Airport, the nearest airport, is 7 km away.

From the living room windows we could see the street and the canal beyond, a lovely view. The owner, Mirko, was kind and helpful, always ready to respond to what we needed. Thanks, Mirko! We left Venice today feeling sad to go, and hope we can come back and stay in this same apartment. The apartment itself was a wonderful surprise. The entrance made me think I'd rather turn back, but after climbing the stairs and opening the door, we found a warm, welcoming place with real charm and nice furnishings. It had everything. The location in northern Cannaregio is excellent, just steps from Fondamente Nove and a short walk to a great café with good, reasonably priced breakfast. If I could, I'd give it ten stars.

We could get to places quickly from here, and the location is incredible, near the boats but away from the crowds. The apartment is spacious and useful. It has an oddly rustic feel, but is well cared for.

It feels like a real Venetian apartment, furnished nicely and equipped with everything. The location is handy, close to a boat stop and good restaurants, yet a little removed from the busy area.
