My cousin and I spent two nights here while exploring Venice, and we were lucky to find this particular apartment. It’s close to the main attractions but far enough from the loud tourist areas, so coming back after sightseeing felt relaxing and convenient. There are grocery stores with normal prices nearby, as well as local restaurants and wineries. The apartment was clean and very well organized. Having a separate living room was lovely: we could have tea or breakfast together, or read on our own when one of us wanted some space. Our host was friendly and always available to help. Thank you!

Local cafés and shops are close by, and this part of Venice feels quiet with fewer tourists around. We really liked the spacious, nicely furnished apartment, and the owner communicated perfectly. We had a great stay and can only recommend the place. Thanks for hosting us.

We'd happily stay here again on our next Venice trip. The apartment is clean, stylish, and thoughtfully arranged, with an ideal spot for visiting the Biennale and its gardens. It's a beautiful place.

Getting in was easy, and they even took care of our luggage after checkout, so everything was handled from arrival to departure. Dott. G. Borella was a great host, quick to answer any questions or sort out issues. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It's away from the tourist crowds, with lots of good restaurants nearby. I highly recommend it. Thanks for a perfect stay! ☺️

The Biennale gardens are nearby, and the apartment sits in a wonderfully quiet area. Inside, there's so much care in the details, and the place is breathtaking. Our host was kind and always ready to help. Thank you!
