We had a very good stay, and being able to check in as late as 9 pm helped. It took a few emails to get clear check-in times, so communication could be smoother. The listing also made it sound like a hostel or hotel, but it's more like an Airbnb apartment with separate rooms and a shared bathroom and kitchen. For the price, though, it's a good place to sleep while exploring Venice. It's clean and quiet, in a great spot near bus stops and lots of cafes. Our room was spacious, had a balcony, and the blinds made it almost completely dark. The bathroom was large, with soap and toilet paper always available, good water pressure, and easy temperature control. The shower drain was slow and the shower itself looked a bit scruffy. It's not a high standard place, but you get what you pay for.

Last week I had a three-day room reservation, paid in advance, but when I arrived at 4 pm there was nobody to check me in. He answered my message at 4:25 and told me to “wait a moment.” After an hour and 17 minutes, I left and booked somewhere else because I was afraid I'd spend my vacation waiting. The price was low, but it felt like money for nothing. I can't imagine a more insensitive way to handle guests. I don't recommend it and wouldn't go back even if it were free. Beware. Update: I noticed on 04.01.2026 that the place is now called Ca' Concordia Venice.

Everything was very clean, and our stay at Venice Best Vacation was comfortable. Anwar was especially kind and understanding. He let us check in early and, on our last day, let us leave our bags at the hostel after checkout. When we came back for them, he even offered us a room to change and use the bathroom without us having to ask. Thank you so much, and Happy New Year!

We arrived at the supposed hostel and couldn't figure out how to get inside. There was a number to call, but we couldn't call it. The person who let us in wasn't the one running the place, and then we were taken on a five-minute walk to a random apartment building for our room. The whole thing felt dodgy and unsafe, so we left and had to find somewhere else. This isn't an actual hostel, they rent out apartment rooms and call it one. Don't stay here, it felt like a scam.

They cancelled my booking just two days before my trip, with no explanation, refund, or apology. It really sucks when you've planned your holiday and have to find a new host at the last minute, after prices have gone up. I do not recommend them.
