The room was cleaned every day, and we slept really well all three nights in this quiet location. The staff were friendly and informative. Maurizio gave us great suggestions for breakfast and a beach club, as well as advice on taking the train to Pisa. The air conditioning worked well, though the thermostat could use clearer instructions. The location was perfect, one block from the beach, restaurants, and shopping.

I booked this hotel for my elderly parents' short break in early June, and they loved everything about it. The location worked perfectly for them, and they enjoyed breakfast. The reception staff were extremely friendly and advised them on nearby attractions they could visit by train or bus. Francesco, the night receptionist, went out of his way to make their stay enjoyable.

What made our trip to viareggio memorable was how friendly the staff were. The room had everything we expected: it was clean, with a comfortable bed, a nice bathroom, and a balcony where we could enjoy the cool night air. If I make it back for carnivale, I'd want to stay here again. Thanks for taking such good care of my wife and me.

The location is amazing, and it was good value for the price, though the rooms felt really old. Breakfast costs 15€.

The staff were very friendly and provided beach towels in their own Hotel Kathy bag. They have an arrangement with one of the beach sites, which gave us a 15% discount at a local restaurant. We also tried a restaurant they recommended and had an absolutely fab steak meal.
