The portions were generous and the prices easy on the wallet. We had pear carpaccio with pecorino, which was delicious, then pici con ragu di cinghiale and tagliatta, both really good. With a dessert, we paid around 50€.

The rooms feel closer to a 3.5-star stay, but the owners' hospitality brought it up to a 4 for us. They were kind and made our family feel welcome, even setting up a comfortable pack n play for my toddler. The rooms are comfortable and have AC. The restaurant is the real star, with astounding food. The truffle pasta and steak were amazing, and we had a wonderful evening.

Parking was available, which made getting there easy, and they were very welcoming to our kids. The room has a warm, inviting feel, with lovely décor that gives the meal a little extra charm. And the Tiramisu was one of the best I’ve ever had, absolutely top-notch. A lovely restaurant, highly recommend it.

We came for dinner, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and felt well worth the price. You can tell the team puts care and love into it. The owner and crew were friendly too. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and I’m quite sure the Hotel rooms are nice as well, though I can’t speak from experience. I’d give them 6 stars out of 5. Worth the drive, even if it’s 40 kms for a good Dinner.

We didn’t speak much Italian as a group, but the staff were patient and kind while we worked things out. They even brought us behind the scenes to see the bistecca florentine being cooked over hot coals. The steak was fantastic, and the house red was lovely too. Grazie di tuto!
